Based in Biology
Laura earned a BA in Biological Sciences with a minor in Environmental Science from Clemson University and an MS in Biological Sciences with an area of emphasis in Ecology from the University of Colorado. She worked as a Commissioned Colorado State Parks Ranger for 3 years and went on to have the honor of being selected to work as a POST Certified Wildlife Officer for the Colorado Division of Wildlife.
"I try to always keep the biology in mind. I am always studying best practices to guide the things I do in the backyard. My goal is always to use knowledge and forward thinking to help people, animals and the environment."
