Master Trainer Laura had you in mind when programming this!  Combining the elements of body weight exercises, core work and the principles of dance, FORCED will leave your body stronger than ever and begging for more.

This program requires minimal equipment and barefoot is recommended.

RIPPED combines all the essentials of a well-rounded workout.  This is the program for everyone looking to get lean, toned and fit!  Combining the fitness principles of Resistance, Intervals, Plyometrics, Power and Endurance, you are guaranteed to be DRENCHED!

Kettlebells and dumbbells are required for this program.

DRENCHED is what you'll be at the end of each of these workouts.  Using traditional resistance training exercises and programming, you will gain strength inside and out as well as confidence in your form and technique.  

 

A barbell is recommended for this program, but dumbbells can be substituted.
